Terrible Service from Mweb
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from, since the 12th of August 2026 my WIFI keeps disconnecting and I have logged calls ever day till to day they keep telling me there is no fault with my line, but it keeps losing connection and buffering. Terrible service from Mweb and they expect the full monthly subscription for a service that is not working for more then half the month. I will not advice anybody

We can see that our team assisted you earlier today regarding the buffering and WiFi connection issues you’ve been experiencing since 12 August, including the impact this has had on your work. The checks completed indicate that router placement, the number of connected devices and WiFi coverage may be contributing to the slower speeds, audio issues on calls and poor TV box performance. To improve your WiFi experience, please try the following:• Reposition your router: Place it in a central, elevated and open position, away from walls, cupboards, TVs, microwaves and other electronic equipment that may cause interference.
• Reduce device load: Disconnect devices that aren’t currently in use, particularly when streaming or making work calls.
• Check your coverage: If certain areas of your home have a weak signal, consider moving the router to improve coverage or using a suitable WiFi extender/mesh solution.
• Restart your router: Switch it off for around 30 seconds, then power it back on and allow it a few minutes to reconnect.
• Run another speed test: Once these steps have been completed, test the connection again to see whether performance has improved.
• Test close to the router: If the connection is significantly better when you’re close to the router, this points to WiFi coverage or interference rather than the fibre line itself. If you’re still experiencing buffering or connection issues after completing these steps, please let us know. Our team can then continue troubleshooting with you and determine whether anything further needs to be investigated.
Kind regards,
