Terrible service from Mweb. 30 July 2020, 15:00.

I log on to create a service query, their system logs me out in 10 seconds from both MS Edge and Chrome. When I dial I'm either number 9 or 2 and it takes forever to get through. Today 15:00 I gt through to somebody, could not get his name and he was rude, told me he deals with many customers a day and didn't want to listed to my frustration, hung up in 10 minutes. If their calls are indeed recorder and they are interested in retrieving and assisting me with their query they should otherwise I'm gonna find another web host.
