terrible service from mweb

Still after 3 months of paying for a service that does work no reply from mweb,multiple calls to the call center(R1200)only to be told they have escalated the matter to another department to no avail.No sense of urgency no sense of keeping to a time limit.mweb do not communicate at all unless you hold the line for 15minutes only to be cut off or told they waiting feedback from telkom. The worst isp I have ever experienced. I have been a solid mweb customer for the past 6 years and to be treated like this is very sad and dissapointing to say the least. I would advise anyone to cut out the middle man (mweb)because you end up waiting for telkom anyway.So dont be fooled that mweb act on your behalf and manage the line they only take your money and leave you with nothing. funny how if you mis a payment they cut you off but when the service is not working they still bill you non the less. I have been told by a *********** technical support team that my hardware is the problem so i buy all new hardware to the value of R3000 (router/spliter/telephone)problem still persist. seems like a trail and error method but at the customers expense. If the problem is evident and can not be rectified in 3 months then someone along the line a *********** individual is playing a guessing game terrible service from mweb be sure to stay clear
