Terrible Service from Mweb

This has to be the most useless Internet service provider that I have come across in a while.

Previously I've been singing their praises. My latest experience with them shows me that I was totally incorrect.

Today alone, I've spent an entire morning, with hours of wasted airtime and work downtime trying to get resolution to an incorrect procedure performed by Mweb.

You cannot get to speak directly with anyone from management, cannot have anyone call you back either. All you do is run around in circles with no resolution.

Clearly, I would no longer recommend Mweb as an Internet Service Provider.
