Terrible service from Mweb

I have recently mooved house and asked Mweb to transfer my wifi connection to the new house. The experience with Mweb has been totally unacceptable. Firstly the experience when trying to get hold of them on the phone is shocking and includes holding on to the line for 10-15 minutes before anyone answers the call. Only to be told that Open Serve will call me sometime over the next 14 days to organise installation. They are also unable to provide a contact number at Open Serve so that I can follow up and try to get this done earlier. I run my business from home and cannot wait for 2 weeks to have my wifi working. There is no way to get hold of anyone senior at mweb to assist me. This is a ridicoulus situation and very poor customer service.
