Terrible Service From Internet Service Provider

On Friday 3rd March around 10:30 am myself and the people staying in my complex lost internet connectivity and I reported the issue to Mweb. At the time reporting this issue I still don't have internet access. Really unacceptable considering that we are paying for the service we are not getting
