Terrible service for home relocation!!!

I have relocated homes and requested assistance and it's over a week no one can help but to tell me is being handled. I called each day and you hold till your airtime is finished, emails are not helpful, help chat also isn't. I paid full subscription for the month because I was told there is coverage in the area but today I am told there is no coverage. MWEB has truly the most disgusting service I truly regret the day I started using them. I have spent over R2000 on airtime and more on data for all the days I have been in my new home, I'm honestly frustrated.
