Terrible service for fibre deals

Ordered fibre and openserve installed their router, 9 days later my line is still not active. Called mweb customer service to ask about my line and they said they will follow up with openserve and I still have received no feedback. Friendly advice to all, rather choose another ISP. I regret taking this deal!
