Terrible service

I went onto MWEB LTE which is actually with Telkom. Of course telkom lte is absolutely useless and i am getting less than 1mbps and mweb are trying to say it’s the router even though everyone in the area are having the same problem with telkom. I cannot cancel my product online and yet mweb never answers their phone when i call the billing department. Disgusting service from mweb i want nothing more to do with them or telkom!
