Terrible service

I cancelled my services with mweb coming to an end 30 September 2020. I called the mweb call centre round about 16:00 on 1 October 2020 to ask why my line was not yet released back to Vumatel she promised to get back to me I have not received anything from her yet she just said it should have been released. I don’t understand why the line is not released I don’t have any products with mweb any more. It is just further poor service from you. Kindly provide me proof the line was provided back to vumatel. This morning I called again they again promised to get back to me, but nothing I called again spoke to 3 people it seems no one knows who handles these matters as they transferred me to 3 people and eventually to someone who asked if my fibre line was installed. I am not sure how it could not be installed as I was with Mweb for more than a year on a fibre line. I will never consider Mweb again they are absolutely terrible.
