Terrible Service _ DO NOT RECCOMEND

I signed up with Mweb for a fiber connection about 3 months ago. Till this day I have not heard back from them. When I try and phone I get put on hold until my airtime runs out. When I email to them the email gets ignored. I simply want to know what the progress is and also inform them that I have moved to a new home. This is absolutely pathetic. Rather go for Telkom at least they can answer their phones.
