Terrible Service Delivery 😑

I joined Mweb 7 days ago. Got two days internet. Been off for the last 4 days and today it will be the 5th day. Been in contact with their technical team just to hear it's been escalated. Just now was told that it would take 48 to 72 hours for the issue to be sorted. What a joke!
