Terrible Service

I have been trying to get a response from MWEB for 3 days. I have tried vie phone but always get told I need to be transferred to another department and then after 10 minutes on hold I hang up. I have also tried via chat on your website but get no joy after 3 days. Is anybody at work at Mweb? What shocking customer service.
