Terrible Service by MWEB & Vuma

Terrible dealings with Mweb/Vuma Reach, never seen anything like this. As I'm writing this, I am on the phone with them for 35min and looks like this will take forever. I occupied my place in Jan & there was a Vuma router. When i wanted WIFI i went to Mweb & they offered the Vuma package. it took them days to sort out changes from the previous owner & myself. By the time they finalized the application & requesting payment I had moved to Rain. Due to terrible connection with Rain i came back to Mweb on the 2nd of March & up until now I'm still experiencing the same problem. Sandisiwe Galada, my sales consultant is no longer even returning my calls while she had promised me that the whole process will not even take an hour. Yhooo this is too much.
