Terrible service by MWEB and VUMATEL

Dear Mweb, look into the reference number and tell me what do you see MWB***2. Your service and your partner's service i.e. Vumatel is terrible. how are you guys still in business? I wonder. Its been over 3 weeks now and my fiber is still not connected/activated or whatever you want to call it. After numerous calls no one has ever bothered to call me back, every time I call in all I get is excuses and blaming games. I now regret why I choose you as my ISP, clearly you don't care about your customer and retaining them. Just because you offer a free installation that does not mean I cannot get out of that agreement, and the fact that you have not provided the service you promised its even a better loophole.
