Terrible service at MWeb

If I could give 0 stars, I would. MWeb deducted monthly fees but i am still not connected after 7 weeks. Impossible to get hold of. I have spent MORE than 7 hours over the last few weeks trying to contact them by phone. No email adress. I intend lodging a complaint wit the ISPA.
