TERRIBLE SERVICE AND UNREACHABLE

Terrible service . I have been trying to get my service reconnected . EFT Payment was made an proof of payment sent yet my services have not been reconnect. Trying to call the billing department and after several attempts and airtime wasted I just get through to a computer and go back and forth. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Terrible service
