Terrible service and incompetence as well as *****

MWEB agent advised a address needs to be created and it will take 21 days. The 21 days have passed only for them to incorrectly capture the address and delay the wifi installation, it's been over a month and we are still without wifi. They *****ulently tried to debit my account without any service being provided. They are costing me money everything because of their errors and when you request to speak to a manager the managers never call. I have spoken to Xholiswa, Luwando, Sizi, Warner, Thando, Zizi, Sibongile and Tahiba who put me on hold, had a attitude and dropped the call , implementing call avoidance which should be a dismissable offense.. the agents are highly disrespectful and refuse to assist. This company will be reported to the ombudsman
