Terrible service and false adverti*****t

If only I know... U needed wifi for my place and I was referred to Vumatel/Mweb... I went to the website and got the package that's suitable for me and filled up my details and shortly after 2 days I was called by they consultant and he explained everything and asked me to make payment on the reference that he would sent. I did that and I got an email for my installation order. EVERYTHING so far was good and I was okay, after installation I was told that I needed to give it 24 hours to 48 to receive my credentials and password. I waited over those hour... It's been 6 days with my credentials and password. When I call in NOBODY knows what to do and what needs to be done. I haven't received any feedback for Vumatel or Mweb since it's my ISP. Yoh this is really frustrating and unnecessary. I wish I had listened to my gut and went for another service provider
