Terrible service and experience

This was the worst service I’ve ever received. The house has existing fiber, and since we have moved in, we have had no joy with MWEB. Feedback is terrible, they do not get back to you on open queries, the call center prompts are ridiculous and ensure that you never reach a human voice. For a first time customer, I am terribly disappointed. Honestly not a good experience at all.
