Terrible service

The most pathetic online system to do a simple downgrade of the package is not possible! I spent 45minutes of my valuable time which I should bill Mweb for in fact!! I will definitely be cancelling the Service or lack thereof I should say!! Their online account system is useless for simple tasks to do!! I would give a ZERO if I could!!
