Terrible Service

I have been trying to get hold of an agent via telephone , several times , have held for 3 hours in desperation , ran out of airtime several times, tried their whatsapp /app chats ,Christmas will come again before I get an agent !!!! I stopped receiving e-mails in October 2025 to my cellphone , if i go on the web mail site to check my inbox , its empty . My home computer still receives some emails but we cannot reply or send out mail. My Voip phone does not work , it says forbidden and our upload/download speeds are not what they should be. Terrible service and I have been with them for 30 years. Nicolette Andreasen.
