Terrible service

One is even too much for the service from Mweb. I app**** for fiber on 28 November 2022. It is 6 January 2023 and nothng has been installed. Everytime I call i am given an excuses. I am getting billed however the installation has not been done. The last call today the agent told me that the managers cannot attend to this matter as they are in meetings. Ref: MWB***4
