Terrible Service

I was using Lte from rain mobile. I then moved to fibre, Openserve installed a line and gave trial run for 1 month. After it expired I requested ISP from Mweb, that was the beginning of trouble. I did an order onthe 9/19/2025. Mweb double debited my account with the required R249. Today 14/19/25 I made followup, and got told I have to wait for 7 up to 14 days for ISP. I wish ,I had known, this about Mweb. It would have saved me and my family from so much headache.
