Terrible service

They’ve delivered a tp link router on the 10/08/2022 with out a SIM card. After so many phone calls I only received a SIM card yesterday the 25/08/2022. The SIM card I received now is not activated. They said they will log a call for me to activate my SIM card urgently but til now the tie issue has still not been sorted. I called not long ago and I decided to drop the phone cause now they sending me from pilar to post. On the other hand my account has been debited for the services I can’t utilise. Maybe I should really cancel this deal as go somewhere else.
