Terrible Service

I have had enough of Mweb... A consultant called me on the 16th of November 2020 to offer me a Fibre deal. I decided to accept. They have taken all my details. Up until today i have not received the router or any correspondence from them. Been trying to call for the past month and nobody even takes the call. I want to cancel the order. Im not able to do this on the site. The email address given does not even exist.... Who are these people.
