Terrible service

Mweb has been the worst company i have come across in my entire life. The services is a 0/10. you spending 1/2 hours on the line to get hold of them and when you eventually do they transfer you to a different department which you spend another 1/2 hours and you end up dropping because it's just a waste of time.

How does one reach them? they don't have WhatsApp support, they don't have an email address to email them for assistant only calls which you never reach the relevant department because it takes ages. I have been requesting for over a week now to cancel my services with them i could not get through to the relevant department because of it's long waiting time on the line, they logged a call back which they never call

I'm stuck with their terrible internet service and i use this for work, what kind of a company are you? you internet is always showing no internet everyday it's the same thing the about i am paying for this is ridiculous if i can compare to the service i get from you guys.
