Terrible service

I am absolutely at my wits end with vumatel and Mweb. We have moved house and moved our fibre across and even took an upgraded package. We are waiting for a month now waiting to be connected. We have our router delivered but we still don't know what is the reason they are taking so long to connect us. This service is absolutely Apalling. We keep getting put through this department and that department with still no answers.
