Terrible Service!

Poor service!! Trying to reactivate an existing line. Arranged payment, was told it will take 48 hours and its been 5 days now. Having to keep calling Mweb to hear why the line has not been activated and keep being told the same story. Nothing has been done. No communication, no call backs. Service is pathetic. I would like someone to give me a call!
