Terrible service!!!

Terrible service and I haven't even started. I booked to have fibre installed on 24 June, but still nothing. Phoned 5 times and held on for 40minutes after I was put on hold AGAIN! I would like to cancel the order before it has even been installed! If I can ever get hold of them?!
