Terrible service

Extremely disappointed with this provider. Waited for a service to be activated for more than 2 months now, had initiated a reversal of sale, got the reference for it ***8. The sale is still not reversed and the account is still reflecting as active when we want to move to a new ISP.

Can someone from MWEB kindly give us a break and cancel/reverse this sale as the service has just been appalling and we need to activate a new ISP on the line that is now hogged by you?
