Terrible Service

I have been without wifi since Friday and whenever I call, I am told that I am caller number 40 and no one gets back to me on the online chats. I really would just like to cancel because what am I paying for at this point. My internet was down just last weekend and they came and fixed it and now the same issue again and yet I am never late when it comes to paying them monthly
