Terrible service

Absolutely pathetic service, being paying for a 100mb line for the past year but they haven't provisioned the line with Vumatel and I am still on a 50mb line and only get 50mb speeds. I have been going back and fourth with them for weeks now and it any queries keep getting closed off on their side without any communication to myself and the issue still persists. Last changes they made switched my internet off completely and I haven't had internet for the past 5 days despite numerous phone calls to them and hours of holding on the phone. I have asked on numerous occasions for someone to contact me, not a single call back, only thing i received was an SMS stating that they have scheduled a technical call back on the 7th July 2023 which is 9 days from now.

I will never use their services again and I don't recommend them to anyone. As soon as there are any issues their technical support team, while being kind and as helpful as they can be, aren't able to do anything other than open a query which nothing gets done about and will be closed out with no formal communication to yourself or with the issue being rectified.
