Terrible Service

This is the worst ISP ever!!.I have been a client for over 5 years but everytime i move premises its a mission to get reconnected.I made a move order on 29 Dec 2025,its 12 Jan 2026 i still have no internet.The email addresses they gave me dont work and eventually when someone takes the case,they say they cant open the required document beacuse its in PDF yet the document has only been in PDF from the beginning.Hold time on the phone is over an hour even if you are first in line,how?
