Terrible service

Called the sales department yesterday the lady told me my internet and everthing will be sorted out between yesterday and today i worked till 1 and then called them to hear what is going on just to hear the sales department is unavailible for the rest of the weekend this happened after i waited for 2 weeks for instalation
