Terrible service

I have been without internet connection since yesterday, I tried calling to report the outage and even went as far as trying to reach you guys on Instagram however no one is available to assist. What is annoying on the phone is that the auto voice keeps on saying that I am caller number 1 however no one is picking, I find this service pretty frustrating as I never miss my payments then why does one have to suffer trying to get help?????
