Terrible service

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We ordered wifi and a router on the 13/02/2023, so far not only have we been given no customer service at all, it is nearly impossible to contact Mweb and if you do get through the ridiculous process of entering your account number and OTP sent via SMS you wait 20 to 40 mins to speak to an agent which replies with “Sorry for the inconvenience”. The next day the process is repeated. So we have been doing for three weeks. The courier doesn’t call to let you know he is at your gate to drop of the router, he just assumes you know he’s there. Not even a message. Today when he finally called he didn’t read the address right and could not locate the address given to them and then put the phone down and was unreachable. The worst service I have ever received from anyone
