Terrible service,
Why do they call their chat live chat? I think it must be called dead chat. Been sitting and waiting for them to chat to me for an hour and a half, but still no response. Then teid to phone. Half an hour later, still sitting, number one in line, with nobody coming back. I think the rest just gave up and left. Please do not call your company a service provider, because you are terrible.
