Terrible service

My wifi has been off since 22/09/24. I've spent hundreds of rand to phone them but to no avail. They say they'll be in touch and they never did which left me phoning continuously. Now the y deduct payment for something I don't have. That is called ******* and from a pensioner no less!!! They should be ashamed of themselves.
