TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am appalled by the service I have received from Mweb. I took up a month to month subscription with them a sale person by the name of Scott Ross assisted and advised me that when I pay then a technician will come and install fibre in my home, good and well I paid the required amount then advised him that I paid however since then he has been ignoring countless emails I have sent to him. To a point I have been calling their service DESK for them to tell me the matter has been escalated but still no technician came to install at my premises. I got tired of stating the same thing then I called in to now cancel of which I was assisted by Zikhona (with *** ) to cancel, now not only did they not cancel but they debited my account for the second time and still haven't install any fibre. Now I basically paid R 839 for internet service I don't have. I wouldn't recommend mweb to anyone as their service is TERRIBLE!
