Terrible Service

I recently (in the past 2 weeks) moved from Cool Ideas to M-Web because I was receiving bad service from Cool Ideas. However, M-Web are even worse. I had to call several times to get my service moved over and now I am paying for 250mbps line but not even receiving 100mbps at the moment, even when connected directly to the router. I also requested my ONT to be moved to another room in my house, and I have been waiting for 10 days already and still no luck. I have called them several times, sent emails and logged calls on their website which are just being ignored. Worst ISP ever!!!
