Terrible service

I've been having the worst experience with Mweb. They switched of my internet incorrectly and have been making me phone in everyday for the last 3 weeks. I have emailed their complaints division and I'm still not getting any assistance. apparently you also cant speak to management or the complaints department over the phone. Highly frustrated.
