Terrible sales follow-up and passing the buck
Many e-mails have been exchanged between myself and MWEB. I signed up for a new service 2 months ago, and at the time requested that my Telkom ADSL line be migrated to MWEB. The agent confirmed that she submitted the request.

Upon receipt of my statement this month, I contacted MWEB again and enquired as to why the line had not been migrated as there was no service charge for it on the statement. I was told that the matter was sent to sales to get back to me. After some time I sent another mail last week, to which I received a reply yesterday stating the query was again escalated to sales.

I just called the call centre. The line migration request was cancelled on 30 March, and the lady insists I was notified by sms and that the agent should also have called me. As I am HIGHLY irritated with Telkom, I would have responded to any sms or call advising me that Telkom cancelled the request.

Now I am told the migration request was again submitted yesterday. 30 days after it was cancelled. Wow. To top it you guys don't respond to mails and complaints via your own service channels. So it seems here we go again with much of the same that saw me dropping Telkom to begin with.
