Terrible non service at Mweb

It is impossible to downgrade your subscription. I have been calling all morning. Finally someone answered in Sales and said I'll put you through to Downgrades. Message at Downgrades says "due to unforseen circumstances this is not available" . Like what? I have tweeted, tried to chat on their chatbox and tried to change my subscription on their app. Nothing works. they are just unavailable. Most disgusting service. I am just going to stop my debit order and go to another ISP.
