Terrible fibre and service

I honestly cant explain how bad my service has been, first of all it took them 7 months to do the installation. Then afterwards i figured at least its installed i wont have any problems further. Was i wrong. I am paying for a 100mb line. When my internet is not off for no reason. I have less then a 1mb line speed. And when you phone you have 20 mins wait time just so that they can tell you nothing can be done and maby i should just try restarting my router. I have sent so many queries and then after n day or 2 i get a msg saying my problem has been fixed. But they didn't do anything, i honestly have faster download speed and connectivity when i connect to my phones hotspot. Please if i could spare you the trouble dont even think about using mweb
