Terrible fiber service

So I don’t normally complain unless I have to, but I have literally had enough of how this keeps happening to my girlfriend! We have upgraded our line 3 times to have even worse outcome each time! We are paying for a 50 down and 50 up line speed, unshaped fiber. We have 2 devices connected which is my IPhone and my ladies IPhone and we get a 2mg download and a 10mg upload! How is this even fair to consumers. We have informed Mweb multiple time and yet do not care but are quick to take our funds. We will not pay for a service that is not kept! People out there please do NOT go for Mweb as this has happened for the past 3 months. Service is shocking! I have taken snap shots of everything and wish I could upload them all to prove to all consumers that this service is disgusting!
