Terrible

I am dreading the day I even decided to signup with mweb. I have logged countless tickets which they end up closing without reason. Their lines take forever even the Facebook chat option is as useless as all other options. My account was debited for a service I do not even have. Terrible terrible service, I hope they run out of business the way they are treating their customers.
