Terrible experience!!!!

I got wifi from them a few years ago. It has been a horrible experience from start to finish. The internet was slow and had a bad connection when working. I finally gave up and started trying to cancel it. I called the support line and was on hold for more than an hour. Then I contacted my bank and had them stop the debit order, mweb blocked my wifi which was fine.. until they used a new account and deducted the money from my account. I had to go into the bank to have it reversed. This is really just horrible! Please save yourself and NEVER, EVER take any product from them!
