Terrible experience
Had a MWEB 3G month to month contract after being with MWEB for many years.
Capped usage but was never informed that it was a soft cap using MTN 3G access.
Surprised R2000-00 bill and subsequantly changed to capped ADSL to keep e-mail address with alias e-mail address.
This took effect on 1/10/2017.
Big surprise: Alias addresses have been cancelled.
Not sure what to do next to get assistance from MWEB.
Utter lack of decent service.
PLEAS ASSIST MWEB!

You have since made contact with our call centre, who assisted with re-inserting the alias.
The mail box is now in affect and has been added as a 20MB extra email address.
