TERRIBLE

Terrible, terrible, terrible. You can never get proper assistance from their call center and online chats. Even if you call at 7:30am, the time they say they open, you will be put on hold forever. i was under the impression that they have multiple call center agents so if i am number 2 on the line, how am i on hold from 7:30 until 8:20? Even if one is lucky enough to get an agent, they are not so helpful They say if you send proof of payment you will be connected within 30 minutes, well, that is a lie.
